Favourite artist of all time: In 2012 and 2013 our family travelled around Australia for 7 months, towing a camper trailer and visiting many remote outback towns and stations. During this time, I fell in love with the vibrancy and stories of country associated with the work of Judy Napangardi Watson, an elder from the Yuendumu community in NT.
Favourite artwork of all time: I still recall the first time I saw the Mona Lisa and just how small it seemed! Any of the Sidney Nolan ‘Ned Kelly’ depictions. I also appreciate the stories, history and life lessons depicted through Aboriginal rock art. And I love anything that my children make, paint or draw for me.
Favourite pastime/hobbies: Yoga, cooking and baking, camping & travel, a good book, gardening, the beach and spending time with my four sons. I am interested in the Arts and enjoy visiting galleries and museums, however with four active boys I have also come to appreciate AFL in recent years!
