Represented in Melbourne and Sydney by Australian Galleries, artist Kerrie Lester has exhibited her distinctive scenes of fleeting moments in everyday life since the 1970’s. Overseas her works have been exhibited in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and The Australian Embassy in Paris. Closer to home, her distinctive oil paintings were included in the Sydney Biennale as well as being held in numerous public galleries and prestigious corporate and government collections, including the National Gallery of Australia, the National Portrait Gallery, BHP Australia, and The Children’s Hospital, Westmead. Kerrie has over 30 solo exhibitions to her name and has multiple times been a finalist for the Archibald Prize, in 2011 she won the Mosman Art Prize.
