Camie Lyons – Winner of 2021 Sculpture at Scenic World Award

Congratulations to Camie Lyons who has been announced as the Winner of the 2021 Sculpture at Scenic World Award and exhibition.

Sculpture at Scenic World is Australia’s only dedicated rainforest exhibition – an outdoor event sited along the elevated Scenic Walkway under the canopy of a temperate rainforest. Scenic World is uniquely located in the Blue Mountains, a World Heritage region west of Sydney, Australia. Artworks are delicately installed by experienced arborists and arts handlers. The exhibition has maintained a 0% ecological footprint since inception.

“The judges recognised Camie’s artwork, Stick Figures (keepers), as a “mythical” creation that was well integrated into the landscape, using a surprising transformation of materials.”
