Threefold brings together the work of Jock Clutterbuck, Danielle Creenaune and Belinda Fox, bringing three distinct artistic practices into conversation.
Clutterbuck’s sculptural bronze forms sit alongside a series of ten prints made in the 1970s, bringing these works into contemporary light alongside his recent practice. Creenaune’s prints include a series of stone lithographs and watercolour monotypes, while Fox’s works on paper combine drawing, painting and collage, alongside a glass work that highlights her versatility across mediums. Throughout the exhibition, there is a strong sense of the artist’s hand and of process; the decisions, materials and techniques that shape each work.
While each artist has a distinct approach, bringing these works together opens new ways of looking at their shared attention to material, tone and making.
