Alexandra studied Art History with a focus on Western art and critical theory at the University of British Columbia, graduating with first class honours in 2013. Prior to her role with Australian galleries, she worked extensively within commercial and public galleries across British Columbia as an art consultant, administrator, and educator. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Alexandra joined Australian Galleries in 2019 as the Sydney Gallery Coordinator.

Favourite artists: This always seems to be changing; but some mainstays are Gordon Smith, Bharti Kher, David Milne, Beau Dick, Ingres, and Rodney Graham

Favourite artworks: Provenance by Aimie Siegel, The Chi Rho of the Book of Kells, and any mirrored labyrinth by Lee Bul.

Hobbies/Interests: Hiking, a good book, and exploring Sydney’s beaches
