Congratulations to Sue Anderson, Geoffrey Bartlett, Jock Clutterbuck, Harrie Fasher, Graham Fransella and Michael Le Grand who have been selected as finalists in the 2021 Deakin University Small Sculpture Award. These finalists have been announced from 313 entries.

This prestigious acquisitive award and exhibition recognises and supports excellence in contemporary sculpture practice, organised by the Art Collection and Galleries Unit at Deakin University. The prize for most outstanding work will be awarded $10,000 and become part of the Deakin University Art Collection, and a $1,000 People’s Choice Award will be awarded based on public votes.

Shortlisted entries will be exhibited in the Deakin University Art Gallery from 16 November – 15 December 2021.

Judging the award this year is Jacquie Nichols-Reeves, Geoffrey Edwards and Leanne Willis.
