Acclaimed Australian arts critic Sasha Grishin has shared an intimate and personal biography on Erwin Fabian on his online arts blog Grishin’s Art Blog.
Grishin writes: “Three years ago, Erwin Fabian passed from this life in Melbourne – he was 104 years old. I knew him since 1980 – for forty years – for some artists you could say that you know them for lifetime – for Fabian, I knew only a flake of his long, complex and multifaceted existence.”
