Congratulations to Peter Lundberg and Camie Lyons who have been selected to exhibit at the ninth annual Sculpture at Scenic World exhibition in 2020
Sculpture at Scenic World is Australia’s only dedicated rainforest exhibition – an outdoor event sited along the elevated Scenic Walkway under the canopy of a temperate rainforest. Scenic World is uniquely located in the Blue Mountains, a World Heritage region west of Sydney, Australia. Artworks are delicately installed by experienced arborists and arts handlers. The exhibition has maintained a 0% ecological footprint since inception.
Thirty-three artists were shortlisted from more than 100 submissions by judging-panel members including the National Art School’s Head of Sculpture, Hany Armanious; renowned Sydney-based sculptor, Margarita Samspon; and Artistic Director of The Lock-Up, Courtney Novak. The exhibition will include works from three international artists, seven artists from interstate and nine artists from the Blue Mountains.
The exhibition will take place from Thursday April 9 – Sunday May 10 2020. For more information, click here.
