Congratulations to David Frazer, Heather Shimmen and Dianne Fogwell for their stunning works in the 2019 Ulsan International Woodcut Print Biennale held in South Korea

Congratulations to Dianne Fogwell, whose unique edition linocut ‘Turmoil’ was recently awarded one of only two Special Prizes at the Ulsan International Woodcut Print Biennale in South Korea. Australian Galleries is delighted to be exhibiting Dianne’s exquisite linocuts in a solo exhibition titled ‘Divided World’ at Sydney Contemporary Paper Contemporary from 12-15 September 2019.

The prize also features celebrated printmaker, Heather Shimmen, and her inspiring work ‘Lost V’, which was recently exhibited in her solo show ‘The Ladies of Pleiades‘ at Gippsland Art Gallery, Victoria.

Renowned printmaker David Frazer, who was recently appointed the significant role as Australian Commissioner for the Ulsan International Woodcut Print Biennale in South Korea, and whose exquisite linocut ‘Wounded Wood III’ 2019 was part of the exhibition.
