“William Kentridge’s exhibition Day Will Break More Than Once is simultaneously eclectic and thematic, the exuberant show includes large bronze sculptures, a procession of painted steel works, drawings, etchings, and a screening of ‘Sibyl’, a video record of Waiting for Sibyl – a chamber opera, written and directed by William Kentridge, that premiered at Teatro Dell ‘Opera in Roma in 2019 and was performed at the Sydney Opera House last November.
