The Award is a major Gallery event and a favourite annual exhibition with the Cowra district audiences and visitors to the region. This visitor recognition and its ongoing development as a nationally significant and prestigious art award for painting has also benefited from the support by the Calleen Trust, providing prize money of $20,000 in 2020.
