A number of artists represented by Australian Galleries feature in Gippsland Art Gallery’s recently published catalogue, Print-Making in the Collection.
Printmaking has been strength of Gippsland Art Gallery’s permanent collection since collecting began in 1965. This new catalogue of the Gallery’s print collection reveals the rich depth and breadth of the collection, especially those prints that depict aspects of the region’s natural environment.
The publication offers insight into a significant number of works created by artists represented by Australian Galleries, including Raymond Arnold, George Baldessin, G.W. Bot, Arthur Boyd, Jock Clutterbuck, Dale Cox, Brian Dunlop, Dianne Fogwell, Rodney Forbes, Graham Fransella, David Frazer, Rona Green, Tim Jones, Grahame King, Martin King, Hertha Kluge-Pott, Mandy Martin, Kevin Mortensen, Graeme Peebles, Jörg Schmeisser, Wayne Viney and John Wolseley.
